Jason Brook – Chief Executive

Jason studied Urban Land Economics at Sheffield Hallam University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors. He worked in Leeds for both Sanderson Weatherall and Avison Young (formerly GVA) before leaving the latter in 1997, to join full time within the family business.

Jason is the CEO of the Brook Group, which encompasses Quest Property Limited and many other associated and connected companies. He has extensive property investment and development experience in Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Leisure Property Sectors gained over the last 25 Years. Developments have been largely focused in the Yorkshire region and the North, but increasingly are taking him further afield into both the Midlands and South Wales.

Jason has expanded into a number of other commercial fields including investing in start-up businesses in non-property related sectors. When not working, he enjoys travelling and playing sports such as Squash, Tennis and Skiing.
