DescripThe former Quest nightclub in Wakefield city centre fully refurbished to create and accommodate the 16,000 sq ft Wellbeing HUB. Working in close partnership with South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Creating a brand state of the art new mental health and community services building in the heart of Wakefield city centre.

Brooklands Hotel, Barnsley
The company built and operated the four star Brooklands Hotel complex in Dodworth, Barnsley. The project which incorporated the construction of a health club development on behalf Livingwell Health Clubs, part of Hilton Worldwide. The development was named Yorkshire Hotel of the Year in 2006. The hotel was sold in 2010 and has continued its success as the Barnsley Holiday Inn .

Insight, Sheffield
Acquired the site of former Pulse and Vogue Nightclub from Rank Leisure. This involved the re-location of the licensed venue to Sheffield City Centre. Working in partnership with the local authority resulted in one of the regions most significant property deals in 2001, selling Arena Park, Sheffield to Insight Enterprises. A Development space of 85,000 sq ft with the creation of 1700 Jobs.

Somersby Court, Almondbury
Featuring 30 spacious, modern and luxurious apartments. This landmark building showcased some innovative features including contemporary curved glass balconies, and the latest eco-friendly, cost-efficient heating system. The development won the award for Best Design at the 2010 Housebuilder Awards.
