Martin Brook - Chairman

With more than 50 years’ business experience, Martin Brook has a vast background working in the Property and Leisure Sector, including founding Brook Leisure – which was the UK’s largest independent nightclub operator – and developing Barnsley’s first four-star hotel complex, Brooklands. Martin founded Quest Property in 1991, operating under the Brook Group banner. Initially this was a purley property investment vehicle, before he moved into development and particularly the Nursing Homes and Health Care Sector.

Martin is now taking a backseat and is semi-retired but still enjoys providing input into the group expansion through his role of Chairman. When not have an input, he enjoys travelling, spending quality time in the South of France and playing Golf and Cycling.
