Darren Oxley

Darren is responsible for the property and development function of the Group’s estate and its future growth into new sectors. Qualified in architecture and development management, he has over 40 years experience within the property arena, having worked at some point in his career in all of the property functions from acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations, development and estate management, across a wide range of sectors.

With a high level of knowledge based on hands on experience in each key element of property and development management, both client side and as a consultant, for large bluechip companies and smaller commercial developers, his architectural background enables an understanding of and influence on development processes and procurement, producing cost effective buildings in terms of function, whilst retaining a high quality end product.

Darren was appointed Development Director in January 2023. Outside work, he enjoys travel, golf, squash, cycling and skiing.
