Swinton Town Centre

Quest have been selected by Rotherham MBC as part of a consortium with Ben Bailey Homes and Vesta Projects to redevelop the former swimming pool, Library and Charnwood nursing home sites.

The project is part of the wider regeneration of Swinton. The scheme will refurbish the existing civic centre, demolish and relocate the existing Library in addition to the development of 49 new homes by Ben Bailey Homes.
