Acquired the site of former Pulse and Vogue Nightclub from Rank Leisure.
This involved the re-location of the licensed venue to Sheffield City Centre. Working in partnership with the local authority resulted in one of the regions most significant property deals in 2001, selling Arena Park, Sheffield to Insight Enterprises. A Development space of 85,000 sq ft with the creation of 1700 Jobs.
