Quest Property, working as a development management partner with the freehold owner National Union of Mineworkers, secured a 250 years lease on the property to facilitate the extensive refurbishment.

The 14,500 sqft office element of the scheme was let to Grant Thornton in addition to the 15,000 sqft of ground and first Floor leisure space is now occupied by Pitcher and Piano, Turtle Bay and Mojo. The site had been vacant for the last 25 years and a number of attempts have been made to bring the site to the market either as a new build development or a comprehensive refurbishment, without success until now.
